**About the Role**

Capital Projects Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Capital Projects Coordinator to join our team at Hospitality CPM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all project schedules by tracking work based on defined critical path project timelines.
  2. Manage all project budget based on defined critical path project timelines.
  3. Facilitate interactions with Support Service partners in activating/facilitating approvals for preliminary site layouts (PSL), preliminary kitchen layouts (PKL) and millwork/equipment bids on projects as the Brand process demands.
  4. Completes all post-opening construction validation and conformance to standards process pieces to bring projects to contractual closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, construction, or engineering or experience in construction management.
  • Three+ years' experience in capital project management and/or general construction field.
  • Strong leadership qualities, strong negotiation skills and a team player.

Salary Estimate: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
