Sr. Capital Projects Director Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Capital Projects Director to lead our capital projects and programs from conception to completion. This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

About The Opportunity:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for capital projects, aligning with business objectives and ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project risk, identifying and mitigating potential threats to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as contractors and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure project performance, providing actionable insights to improve future project outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in capital project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary Range:$160,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on experience.
