About the Position

Tennessee Performing Arts Center Management Corp seeks a skilled Capital Campaign Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the promotion, management, and day-to-day operations of Be Bold. Build TPAC Capital Campaign.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in donor relations, with experience in managing Tessitura database records, creating detailed donor strategies, and personalizing donor interactions based on campaign milestones.

As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with the Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments to contribute to the campaign's success.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective and current donors involved in the capital campaign.
  • Manage Tessitura database records, including capturing donor preferences, entering daily gifts, sending acknowledgements, setting up payment plans, creating gift agreements, developing strategies, and generating reports.
  • Create a detailed donor relations strategy aimed at fostering long-term engagement and improving connections with donors.
  • Personalize donor interactions based on campaign milestones, which may include private receptions, tours, groundbreaking ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, dedications, behind-the-scenes experiences, and performance opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing and communications calendar for all capital campaign communication needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience or training in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion with individual or company details.
