The Role

We're seeking goal-oriented team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for growing market share with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, HOAs, and Inspection Partners within a defined region.

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with our existing client base and identifying and closing new client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Conduct Presentations: Deliver numerous face-to-face presentations, meetings, and conference calls to drive top-line revenue and top-of-the-funnel sales opportunities, while gathering and documenting the changing needs of our partners.
  • Network and Interact with Executives: Build relationships with C-suite and executive-level professionals to drive business growth.
  • Identify Trends and Customer Needs: Analyze market trends and customer needs to build a short-term, medium-term, and long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Build and Prioritize Target Prospects Lists: Develop and manage lists of target prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Manage Sales Pipelines: Oversee both existing sales pipelines and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop Proposals and Presentations: Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships through the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Participate in Sales Calls and Meetings: Participate in internal sales calls and monthly meetings, reporting on all activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing: Work with product management and marketing teams to ensure our products support customer needs.
  • Research and Identify Potential Clients: Research organizations and individuals to identify potential clients.
  • Establish Rapport and Arrange Introductory Meetings: Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange introductory meetings.
  • Plan and Oversee Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Plan and oversee new sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend Local Events and Conferences: Identify and attend local events, conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM: Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to capture sales analytics and stay current on leads and follow-up activities.
  • Attend Networking Events and Trade Shows: Attend and participate in evening and weekend networking events and trade shows.
  • Travel for Customer and Team Support: Travel overnight for effective customer and team support, approximately up to 50% of the time.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 3-5 Years of Sales Experience: Possess 3-5 years of sales experience in the real estate or real estate-related field.
  • Hunter Sales Mentality: Demonstrate a high-energy, hunter sales mentality.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written, spoken, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude: Demonstrate a desire for ownership and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Track Record of High Achievement: Possess a track record of high achievement in a sales environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented Sales Process: Demonstrate respect for detail-oriented, data-driven sales processes.
  • Urgency and Ownership: Possess a strong sense of urgency and ownership, as well as a deep pride and desire to exceed goals.
  • Confidence, Curiosity, and Creativity: Demonstrate evidence of confidence, curiosity, creativity, coachability, optimism, initiative, and flexibility.
  • General Knowledge of Real Estate: Possess general knowledge or interest in learning about real estate.
  • CRM Skills: Possess Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and knowledge of CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce).
