Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at WeAreAspire, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in the cybersecurity landscape. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, setting up qualified meetings for our sales team, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Outreach: Engage with prospects through targeted outbound communications, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads to ensure they are a good fit for our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-18 months of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
