Description

As a Reception Specialist, your role will involve:

  • Managing incoming calls and scheduling sales appointments following established protocols.
  • Coordinating appointment confirmations through email and phone communication.
  • Redirecting calls to appropriate personnel when available, and notifying staff via email if they are unavailable.
  • Monitoring and updating sales metrics for the office on a daily basis.
  • Analyzing incoming sales appointments to assess the effectiveness of various advertising strategies.
  • Handling service department calls and, if necessary, creating service requests to forward to the service manager.
  • Welcoming visitors to the showroom and connecting them with staff or providing product information when sales representatives are occupied.
  • Managing the collection and distribution of mail and packages, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Mailing warranties and promotional postcards as required.
  • Ensuring all guests sign in and out of the facility.
  • Preparing and greeting employment candidates during their visits.
