Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee a distribution and warehousing facility dedicated to the heavy commercial vehicle Aftermarket sector. Consolidated Metco is focused on expanding its Aftermarket services as we cater to our OEM partners, fleets, and end users. This role is pivotal in managing the Aftermarket operations and the associated Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Warehouse Supervisor and two Team Leaders, ensuring that an adequate number of trained personnel are available to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with each shift to guarantee resource availability while adhering to customer order requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor daily customer order demands, adjusting inventory levels, planning overtime, and coordinating with scheduling and production facilities to ensure prompt shipments.
  • Drive and maintain a 95% inventory accuracy rate, overseeing the cycle count program and semi-annual physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales targets, inventory management, planning, freight, packaging, and non-production materials.
  • Maintain operational excellence in receiving, warehousing, and distribution by enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that materials are prepared and staged for shipment in advance.
  • Utilize ERP System reports and liaise with the Scheduling Department and Customer Service to assess daily manufacturing needs.
  • Plan and execute the annual physical inventory in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, supporting ISO14001 and TS16949 quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant warehouse management experience, or an associate degree with ten or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office systems is preferred.
  • Experience in Inventory Control management is essential.
  • Logistics and Transportation experience is advantageous.
