Operations Finance Analyst

Electrolux is seeking an experienced Operations Finance Analyst to join our Consumer Direct Interaction team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth of Aftermarket Sales and Services by ensuring operational excellence and cost management across the Aftermarket Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze supply chain costs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best-in-class reporting and analytics for the expanding operations.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Assist in building monthly rolling forecasts, annual plans, and annual standard costs.
  • Work closely with Category Managers and inventory control team to improve inventory efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with data analysis or measurement reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with strong cost modeling experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Preferred System utilization: SAP, Power BI.
