The Business Office Director at Brightview Senior Living plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. This position provides critical support to our leadership team, associates, and residents by handling clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, human resources, and accounting tasks.

As the Business Office Director, you will work closely with the Executive Director to create an efficient operation by:

  • Setting up and maintaining all resident and employee files in accordance with regulations and policies.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and billing operations.

Our ideal candidate will be a policy-oriented individual with a passion for working with seniors and leading a team. Key qualifications include:

  • An Associate's degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in bookkeeping or office management.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly master new applications, are also essential. Additionally, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
