Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans for modifications within applications/tools to align with change management strategies, including requirements gathering, testing/QA, risk management, and documentation maintenance.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to collect and document business process definitions, challenges, and areas for enhancement.
  • Process Documentation: Create and sustain definitions of business processes across Data & Fortellis.
  • Process Analysis: Thoroughly assess existing processes, internal workflows, and employee requirements to identify challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and implement comprehensive testing plans to confirm the accuracy and functionality of integrations.
  • Enablement/Training: Develop and maintain supporting enablement documentation for process definitions and changes. Collaborate with enablement resources and team leadership to deliver training and support to ensure effective use of process improvements.
  • Change Management: Formulate and execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition for team members.
  • Status Reports: Provide clear updates on all initiatives for both immediate and senior leadership.
  • Administration Level Control: Manage applications including but not limited to Salesforce (unlimited edition), OneSpan, Certinia, and Totango.
  • User Access Controls: Configure, remove, and adjust permissions for all users across all assigned tools, adhering to CDK GSO standards.
  • System Configuration: Implement changes to fields, page layouts, data/table relationships, and system settings as necessitated by modifications within the Data & Fortellis ecosystem.
  • UI Changes: Adjust page layouts, color schemes, widget placements, and occasionally dashboard configurations to enhance user adoption and interaction.
  • Data Stewardship: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) regarding data table structures and relationships, and take ownership of any data quality issues.
  • Data Mapping: Supervise the mapping of data between systems to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting Requests: As the SME for database structures and relationships, generate reports and dashboards across applications where end-users may lack the ability to create their own due to permissions or skill level.
  • Training: Collaborate with enablement resources to provide training and support to end-users as necessary.
Qualifications and Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Experience with business process and customer operations toolsets, including Salesforce (Unlimited Edition), OneSpan Sign, Totango, and Certinia.
  • Salesforce experience that encompasses implementing configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, customer settings, dashboards, reports, and permission sets.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Great to Have
  • Business or Data Analysis certification (e.g., IBA, IQBBA, PMI).
  • Salesforce certification, Admin I or App Builder preferred.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce ecosystem/community.
  • Prior experience in database or application management.
  • Previous experience in process improvement.
Salary Range: $74,000 to $87,000.

CDK Global is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on various factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
