Job Description

We are looking for a skilled project coordinator who can provide leadership in developing and implementing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with senior administrators to facilitate the team's work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple large and smaller complex projects simultaneously
  • Partner with sponsors and team leaders to strategize team project plans
  • Lead project team meetings and track project milestones
  • Design communication strategies for project progress
  • Interpret and report data to various audiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related work experience required; project management experience essential
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access
