About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Defence Infrastructure team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering defence infrastructure projects, and will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver defence infrastructure projects to meet client requirements
  • Lead a team of project managers and technical staff to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with NEC 3/4 contracts and other relevant standards
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity

About You

  • Possess a strong background in project management, preferably in the defence industry
  • Hold a recognized project management qualification, such as PMQ or PRINCE2
  • Have experience working on large-scale projects with complex stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
