Job Title: Infrastructure Project LeadEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to join our Roadway Group in Boston, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering transportation engineering projects within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through project closeout.

You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other engineering disciplines to develop roadway designs that support mobility for all users. Your expertise in incorporating safe, accessible facilities for pedestrians and bicycles into roadway designs will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) certification and knowledge of MassDOT and AASHTO project requirements are highly preferred.
