As a Business Development Director, House of Worship, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sound for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and marketing to drive business growth and expansion in the worship market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the worship market.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and key partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and growth targets for the worship market.
  • Define and implement OKRs for the worship market to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead sales process development and implementation for the worship market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the worship market.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales programs and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity in the worship market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the A/V equipment or high technology systems industry.
  • Strong relationships and network with key market stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and key opportunities management processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
Travel:
  • World-wide travel as required to support market development needs.
