Job Summary

As a Call Center Agent at Mass Markets, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and timely manner. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling. You will also research systems to find missing information, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, and accurately document and process customer claims. Additionally, you will lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer.
