Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to confirm that guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy.
  • Welcome guests, complete their registration, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and securely handle payment information.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Manage incoming calls and online inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, receptionist, or customer service representative.
