Role Overview: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have substantial experience in S4 HANA implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support application solutions with a focus on SAP BTP Development.
  • Create and develop database models and queries utilizing CAPM.
  • Develop SAP CAP Applications on SAP BTP.
  • Engage in development using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) including Catalog, SQL Console, and Trace.
  • Utilize Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) with NodeJS and demonstrate strong JavaScript knowledge along with Core Data Services (CDS).
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of the standard services and libraries of the SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with the use of App Routers.
  • Experience with SQL Script, PL/SQL, stored procedures, function calls, table design, data loads, and calculation views.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Cloud Foundry and database security concepts (roles, privileges, etc.).
  • Possess strong Java/J2EE and Spring experience.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori Apps activation and SAP UI5 custom development on-premises.
  • Knowledge of open standards such as Cloud Foundry and Kyma is a plus.
  • Strong experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other front-end web application development frameworks.
  • Have a proven track record of successful delivery in multiple SAP implementation and AMS projects, particularly in the role of Project or Program Manager for SAP ERP (ECC, S/4 HANA).
  • Deep experience in the pharmaceutical sector is essential.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and components for transformation projects.
  • Leverage broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement.
  • Manage the technical relationship with the customer, acting as Genpact's representative alongside the Business Relationship Manager during the sales process.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-profile activities within tight timelines.
  • Have a solid background in managing the successful delivery of SAP solutions, with extensive experience across at least five full implementations, including two SAP S4HANA implementations.

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in B.Tech, IT, or MCA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software through collaboration with the team.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical, and highly commercial solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer-facing abilities, including conducting compelling technical briefings and demonstrations.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer will reflect the total compensation package plus benefits, determined by various factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.
