Your Role
As a Senior Manager in DCM SAP Serialization, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes through collaboration and strategic focus. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing complex IT solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with teams to deliver project outcomes as outlined in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet global serialization requirements.
2. Translate business needs into effective solutions utilizing SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, SAP S4, and other middleware platforms.
3. Partner with IT Business Leaders to align business strategies with IT initiatives.
4. Ensure project delivery within set timelines and budgets while identifying synergies across projects.
5. Propose and implement strategic solutions to technical challenges, enhancing operational efficiency.
6. Manage communications with stakeholders, producing clear and concise documentation.
7. Implement regulatory reporting for serialization across new markets using SAP platforms.
8. Address critical production issues through analysis and collaboration with vendor and business teams.
9. Coordinate onboarding activities for trading partners, ensuring seamless integration with master data and serialization operations.
10. Support enhancements related to DSCSA by proposing innovative solutions in analytics and exception handling.
11. Utilize agile methodologies for project implementation.
12. Foster knowledge transfer and professional development through training and project assignments.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in implementing SAP solutions within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in FDA and GxP regulated environments.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, and SAP S/4 platforms.
4. Familiarity with related SAP areas such as Order Management and Warehouse Management is advantageous.
5. Experience with US DSCSA requirements and lot-level traceability is essential.
6. Proven ability to develop specifications for message exchanges with partners, adhering to GS1 standards.
7. Experience in integrating newly acquired companies into standard serialization frameworks.
8. Ability to navigate a matrix organization and manage cross-functional teams while respecting cultural differences.
