Key Responsibilities
  • Drive solutions that enhance business outcomes through effective collaboration and a focus on success.
  • Utilize extensive expertise to design and develop intricate IT solutions that align with both business and IT strategies.
  • Analyze user needs and create new IT application solutions or enhancements to existing systems to address evolving business challenges.
  • Participate in delivering project outputs as per the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet global serialization requirements.
  • Translate business needs into effective solutions using SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, SAP S4, and associated middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners to align business strategies with IT development.
  • Ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets while identifying synergies with other initiatives.
  • Propose strategic solutions to technical challenges and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, producing clear documentation and presentations.
  • Implement regulatory reporting requirements for serialization across new markets utilizing SAP ATTP/S4 and ICH platforms.
  • Assist in resolving critical production issues, performing initial analyses, and collaborating with vendor and business teams for resolution.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for trading partners in various markets, working closely with master data and serialization operations teams.
  • Support business enhancements related to DSCSA, focusing on exception handling and analytics through innovative solutions.
  • Utilize agile methodologies for project implementation.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to develop team capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in implementing SAP solutions, particularly in serialization within the pharmaceutical sector, in FDA and GxP regulated environments.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, and SAP S/4 platforms.
  • Familiarity with related SAP areas such as Order Management, Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management is advantageous.
  • Experience with US DSCSA requirements, including lot-level traceability and message exchange.
  • Skilled in developing specification documents for message exchanges with CMOs and Alliance Partners, with a clear understanding of GS1 standards and EPCIS guidelines.
  • Experience in integrating newly acquired companies into standard serialization architecture and managing data migration.
  • Adept at working in a matrix organization, managing work across virtual teams while being sensitive to cultural differences.
