Position Summary:

Are you looking for exciting and dynamic job opportunities in premier mountain resorts? If you are eager to learn various aspects of food and beverage operations, this position is perfect for you. Position Specifications:

  • Locations: Various dining outlets.
  • Expected Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
  • Availability: Full-time and part-time positions, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level.
  • Housing: Potential availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with guests and fellow employees.
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily briefings.
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, manage cash registers, greet guests, and assist with table clearing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training for all essential skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

A team member in the food and beverage department is a versatile employee who may work across multiple areas to support the overall resort experience, which could include:

  • Mountain Activities.
  • Retail Rental Operations.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance.
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning.
  • Lift Operations.
  • Base Area Services.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour. This range reflects our reasonable expectations for compensation. Individual pay decisions will be based on various factors.
