Position Summary:

Are you looking for exciting and dynamic employment opportunities in premier Mountain Resorts? Consider the role of Bartender within our establishment. If you have a passion for crafting cocktails and serving exquisite wines and refreshing beers, this position is ideal for you. By becoming part of our team, you will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work atmosphere. Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $12.89 / hour plus tips
    • If hired into a tipped role, guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20 / hour including tips.
  • Availability: Full Time and Part Time, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with guests and team members.
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages according to specifications.
  • Set up the bar for efficient operations throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after the shift.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training for all essential skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This reflects the compensation we expect for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
