Position Summary:

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May be available.
  • Outlet: Keystone Lodge & Spa.
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.36 per hour.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time, including Weekends and Holidays.
  • Skill Level: Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build connections with guests and team members.
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as outlined in daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Set up beverage stations and food displays, manage cash registers, greet guests, and clear tables.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day and at closing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your job safely.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The expected pay range is $21.36 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position. Individual pay decisions are based on various factors.
