If so, consider the role of a Financial Advisor, where collaboration within a team is essential for nurturing existing client relationships and exploring new client opportunities. In this capacity, you will oversee investment portfolios across a variety of accounts, ensuring a client-focused and tax-efficient approach while providing guidance on financial planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Advisor, your duties will encompass supporting a client-facing team through the following activities:
  • Engage actively in client meetings, preparing materials, setting agendas, and conducting follow-ups post-meeting.
  • Implement and oversee investment and financial planning processes, including estate planning, tax strategies, and portfolio management.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio allocations, investment recommendations, and the analysis of diverse investment vehicles.
  • Assist Wealth Management advisors in onboarding new clients.
  • Evaluate clients' financial health, help establish short- and long-term financial objectives, and create actionable plans.
  • Utilize e-Money software and other tools to prepare and present financial planning.
  • Organize and maintain client files along with all essential custodian documents.
  • Act as a liaison between advisors and custodians, managing account openings and maintenance paperwork.
  • Proactively engage with clients to enhance their experience.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all client-related transaction requests.
  • Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), including reporting and filing systems.
  • Promote the values, ethics, and unique approach of our firm in personal finance and financial planning.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet the evolving needs of the team and organization.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree required; pursuing CFP designation or obtaining it within a year is strongly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment advisory; client interaction experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, eMoney, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various formats (meetings, reports, emails, phone calls).
  • Strong organizational skills in managing daily tasks, projects, and team dynamics.
  • High attention to detail in calculations and presentations.
  • Able to work under pressure with changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and a collaborative team player with strong ethics and integrity.
  • Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.)

  • Travel may be necessary for in-person training.
