We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive the growth of select national accounts. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing effective strategies, and implementing programs that lead to increased sales.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, communicating effectively and adapting to changing circumstances
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, making recommendations for improvement and staying up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements and Qualifications
- Five years of sales experience in consumer products, preferably with Walmart & Sam's Club, with a proven track record of success in scaling a brand with omni-channel retailers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
We offer an attractive compensation package, including an annual salary of $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
