Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
