Role Overview

Publicis Sapient (PS), a frontrunner in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is in search of a Client Partner with a proven history of delivering results to join our distinguished Growth Force team.

Focusing on the Healthcare sector, you will leverage the extensive capabilities of PS and the additional resources available through Publicis Groupe to uncover new opportunities, identify new buying centers, and devise innovative strategies to assist our clients in transitioning to a more digitally-enabled future, thereby positively influencing their business and customer experiences while enhancing healthcare outcomes.

Your Contributions:
  • Lead and manage relationships with 1-3 healthcare clients, acting as their primary PS representative and ensuring sustainable year-over-year growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify impactful strategies that drive measurable sales and revenue growth across both existing and new initiatives, while enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive relationship map, establish a 3-5 year vision and strategy, and oversee tactical execution to promote the full PS portfolio.
  • Strengthen relationships with customer CXOs through marketing initiatives, thought leadership, account references, and media opportunities.
  • Craft proposals and negotiate agreements aimed at achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both PS and its clients.
  • Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, ensuring that contractual arrangements align with defined commercial objectives.
  • Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by coordinating relevant delivery stakeholders.
  • Act as an advocate for your clients internally, ensuring all opportunities are accurately represented and forecasted in the PS CRM pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities across practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PS's go-to-market offerings and solutions, brand and network development, cross-client business lines, and industry trends.
  • Facilitate cross-selling across our service lines, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Exhibit a high level of performance and results in achieving goals, account management, diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovation, and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community.
  • Manage internal PS stakeholders and build a dedicated virtual team of experts to align our offerings with client priorities.
  • Contribute to the Global Client Partner community and Growth Force community strategies, best practices, case studies, and educational initiatives.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years in industry and professional services with a demonstrated record of success and growth as an account manager or client partner.
  • Experience managing substantial accounts valued at $5-10M.
  • A strong understanding and passion for the healthcare sector, with awareness of industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and disruptors.
  • A commitment to leadership, equality, and societal impact.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain Trusted Partner-level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders through a strong industry perspective and understanding of client needs.
  • Proven global leadership capability to manage a team of up to 200 and lead change while inspiring and developing others.
  • A strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including the development of personal adaptability and pursuit of excellence.
  • Flexibility and mobility to work in a hybrid environment as required by the role.
Additional Information

Pay Range: $155,000 - $303,000

This range represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual compensation for this position may vary based on location and specific skill set required for the work.
