Role Overview

In this pivotal position, you will serve as a primary analytics liaison for a significant healthcare client. Your responsibilities will include developing, scaling, and enhancing a comprehensive approach to campaign execution and performance measurement across various channels, while guiding the team in managing all client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create tailored measurement strategies for clients.
  • Oversee daily analytics workflows and client requirements.
  • Deliver presentations to clients, focusing on actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Keep clients informed about new measurement techniques, including digital optimization and cross-channel attribution.
  • Mentor junior team members in crafting compelling narratives that provide valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a data-driven approach across Strategy, Communications Design, and Partnerships.
  • Work alongside Client Advice & Management to identify ways to enhance client support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Media or Analytics, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, including ad servers and site-traffic analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of the paid media landscape and the ability to articulate effective media strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A college degree is not a prerequisite for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Proactive in driving business initiatives without waiting for direction.
  • Experience with industry tools like Syndicated Consumer and Sales data, Media Consumption metrics, and Social Media Monitoring tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and manage team members effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, along with eligibility for annual incentive awards based on performance.
