Our Client Solutions division serves as the core of GLG - the World's Insight Network. Lead Specialists engage directly with our clientele - professionals from the leading corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profits globally - linking them with the appropriate experts to empower them to make informed professional decisions.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Regular interaction with clients on a diverse array of tailored solutions including telephonic consultations, surveys, comprehensive projects, events, and teleconferences to creatively address the client’s business requirements.
  • Overseeing the complete project management of customized solutions for clients, which encompasses project definition, setup, client and expert engagement, expert recruitment, vetting and showcasing experts, project follow-up, and compliance.
  • Full-cycle recruitment - identifying leads, executing various outreach methods, and presenting GLG's business model to onboard new experts into the network based on specific client requests.
  • Maintaining accountability and ownership for client projects and the overall client experience.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other internal stakeholders to fulfill research needs, maximize commercial outcomes, enhance revenue, and ensure the retention of existing accounts.
  • Upholding GLG's compliance standards and company values to safeguard the integrity of client engagements.
As a Lead Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

An ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in client-facing roles, partnerships, sales, or account management.
  • Proven performance and business acumen in areas such as:
    • Client service, project execution/management, networking; and/or business development, relationship management, etc.
  • Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly, both independently and collaboratively as required, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving team environment.
  • Understanding of the significance of data and metrics in successfully growing a business.
  • Open to constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Adaptive mindset demonstrating the ability to think innovatively about solutions.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Drive and determination; showcasing the ability to exceed expectations to delight clients.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings and some holidays) as necessary based on client needs.
What We Offer

The base salary for this position is $70,000. This role is eligible for an uncapped performance-based incentive compensation.

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
