The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our Technical Services division in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
  • Develop and update project schedules
What We're Looking For
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience
  • Knowledge of financial acumen required
  • A deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
