Position Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst at TruGreen, you will be responsible for conducting intricate and interpretive financial evaluations. Your role will involve generating periodic reports and special studies to support management decisions. You will play a key part in the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and statistical reporting, which includes analyzing financial performance, explaining variances, and conducting cost assessments. Additionally, you will mentor less-experienced Financial Analysts.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex planning and profitability reports within the Finance department.
- Supervise the maintenance and reporting of operational metrics.
- Provide comprehensive analytical support for various corporate functions and operations, including market dynamics, competitive analysis, mix enrichment, and internal cost drivers.
- Collaborate with the team to assess identified trends, performance improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Research, develop, and execute complex financial plans.
- Innovate new analyses and identify additional financial metrics.
- Lead project planning and implementation efforts.
- Facilitate the annual budgeting process.
- Oversee project completion, including planning, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and evaluating results.
- Mentor junior team members.

Education and Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field is essential.
- Some supervisory experience is preferred.
- An advanced degree (MS/MA/MBA) and CPA/CFA certification are advantageous.

- Ability to synthesize broad data sources into planning models.
- Proficient in identifying variances and trends.
- Strong knowledge of PC tools for detailed analysis and data utilization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Capability to produce standard reports that clearly communicate findings and methodologies.
