**Job Title:** Oncology Area Business Specialist, Hematology

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced professional to join their Portfolio Strategy & Execution Team as an Oncology Area Business Specialist, focused on optimizing hematology operational strategy.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with field teams to build relationships with key stakeholders in community accounts and drive business growth.
  • Educate and train staff on best practices to support product delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on economic value story and payer changes, providing strategic guidance to the team.
  • Advise on patient affordability programs and develop strategies to improve patient access to hematology products.
  • Train clinical staff on product delivery, administration, and monitoring, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assist sales force in product promotion, access, and reimbursement, driving revenue growth.
  • Support patient care and transition between sites of care, ensuring continuity of treatment.
  • Mentor doctors and staff on practice management, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Help community sites remove operational barriers with hematology products, improving patient outcomes.
  • Drive the pull through of brand resources and implement EHR patient identification pull through, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Approach each customer from a total account management perspective, building strong relationships and driving business results.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in practice management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Work-related experience in Oncology is preferred, with a strong understanding of hematology products and market trends.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with field teams and practice management is essential, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive results.
