About the Role

Descartes Systems is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
