Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our public health team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with our public health team to provide information and services to the community. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support to clients in person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and support to clients in person
  • Work closely with the public health team to provide services to the community
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with community-wide events and initiatives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of related experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service background
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public health experience
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry, etc.)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English speaking)
