About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at Elekta. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer inquiries and escalate to the appropriate support personnel or Clinical Applications Specialists as needed.
  • Process and respond to all incoming customer support requests via designated channels, including email, phone, and customer portal.
  • Record all support activities in our call logging system and ensure customer cases are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage customer support inquiries through to closure and communicate directly with customers.
  • Evaluate and escalate technical issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and follow quality procedures as outlined in our company policy.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide backup telephone support to our teams as needed.
  • Follow Elekta's quality, regulatory, and safety policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of call center support and/or field service experience in a medical or computer-related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to represent the organization in a professional manner.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs.
  • Competent IT application knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
  • Interest in learning new skills and professional development.
