At Jakarta, we're looking for a talented Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage projects from preparation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Operational Guidance: Develop and implement operational guidance, SOPs, and project flow to support stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client performance KPIs, develop action plans, and collaborate with teams to improve performance.
  • Digital Marketing: Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, website, social media, and campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure key metrics, analyze customer behavior, and provide insights to update strategies.
  • Customer Segmentation: Implement customer segmentation based on demographics, behaviors, and transactions, and personalize marketing automation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, CRM Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to communicate complex data findings, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
