About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Management Analyst to join our team at ANSER. As a key member of our Performance Improvement Directorate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of the Director of Administration and Management in executing their mission to provide advice and assistance to the Secretary of Defense and Deputy Secretary of Defense on strategic performance planning, measurement, analysis, and regular assessment of progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Research Efforts: Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans, performance metrics, and process improvements for the Department of Defense Field Activities.
  • Manage Team Performance: Provide guidance and management to a team of analysts, ensuring timely and responsive completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop Technical Content: Produce, review, and edit technical and professional written material, including reports, guidance documents, and issuances.
  • Present Findings and Recommendations: Synthesize large amounts of data and present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Identify Key Metrics: Identify relevant metrics to measure organizational health and performance.
  • Collaborate with Evaluation Officer: Integrate evidence-building activities with performance management.
  • Adjudicate Information: Adjudicate dissimilar information and content to identify common threads and connections.
  • Propose Solutions: Use broad experience and technical knowledge to propose solutions to complex business problems.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8-10 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Attention to Detail
  • High Level of Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Master's Degree and 10+ Years of Experience
  • DoD Level Experience
