Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Monitor and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
