Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Liviniti, LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our customers, vendors, and internal and external contacts to ensure their needs and expectations are met and business is retained.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain goodwill with customers and their associated vendors.
- Develop productive and professional relationships with customers and their associated vendors.
- Work independently with a high degree of organization and prioritization skills to prevent and resolve issues.
- Serve as a superior problem solver and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet account performance objectives.
- Proactively lead the account management process and foster an effective team environment.
- Responsible for overall growth, retention, and strategic planning for accounts.
- Assist in securing new accounts, manage the onboarding process, promote new products and solutions to customers, deliver and interpret reports, consult with customers by phone or in person, and communicate needs of the customer to other team members.
- Maintain client satisfaction throughout plan implementation, post-implementation, and all other related service activities.
- Conduct benefit review presentations and abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.

- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who can work with minimal supervision.
- Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills and excel under pressure.
- Experience preparing and interpreting reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs.
- MBA or equivalent.
- (4) years external client-facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment.
