Job Title: Account Executive

IMS Consulting & Expert Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing revenue and expanding existing client relationships within the designated territory and adjacent territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve portfolio sales quotas and objectives
  • Conduct daily field visits to meet face-to-face with current and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with attorneys through relationship sales and cold calls
  • Generate client awareness and preference for IMS Consulting & Expert Services LLC and its core services
  • Collaborate with the Case Management and Leadership teams to achieve case and project goals
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of outside professional services sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
  • Proven success in creating revenue and building and managing accounts
  • Excellent prospecting expertise, one-to-one relationship building skills, and strong organizational and time management proficiency
  • Ability to work from your car and be in the field daily making visits
