Opus Communities LLC is in search of a committed Front Desk Agent to guarantee that each visitor enjoys a remarkable and enjoyable stay.
Core Duties of the Front Desk Agent:
- Greet guests with warmth and provide assistance regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handle bookings, and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns swiftly.
- Keep precise records of guest interactions, transactions, and room status.
- Work collaboratively with hotel personnel to ensure that guest accommodations are properly prepared and maintained.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
- Adapt to varying schedules and perform diverse job-related tasks as required.
Success Indicators:
- Achieve or exceed the Economic Occupancy goals set for the property.
- Maintain a guest satisfaction score of 4.5 or above on review platforms.
- Consistently meet the financial objectives of the property.
