Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with account management and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Manage the smooth execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, serving as the main point of contact for communication, documentation, conflict resolution, compliance, deliverables, and billing for Resulticks clientele.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their campaign requirements and suggesting ideas for improved communication and customer engagement.
  • Communicate client desired outcomes to internal development teams.
  • End-to-end omnichannel digital marketing campaign management, including setup and execution, A/B testing, performance assessment, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor projects and campaigns, identifying potential issues and opportunities for elevating outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and campaign execution as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage client projects and campaigns to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding deliverables.
  • Manage the invoicing and billing process for existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Communication, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management, preferably in an ad agency setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with digital marketing practitioners and IT professionals about omnichannel campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and database architecture.
  • Digital marketing campaign management experience, including knowledge of email, SMS, social media, and other channels.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in general business applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Additional Requirements

  • Authorization to work in Canada or the United States.
