Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee the recruitment, training, and engagement of our team members. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and strategic business partner who can influence at all levels of the business.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment plans for locations in partnership with managers.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead efforts around employee engagement and retention at locations.
  • Workforce Planning: Manage workforce planning to build capability and optimize performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular audits.
  • Onboarding: Oversee onboarding and orientation training for new team members.
  • Investigations: Conduct employee investigations and progressive discipline procedures.
  • Training: Deliver ongoing training and development to management teams.
  • Union Relations: Act as primary point of contact for union representatives (where applicable).
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off plan, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, and employee assistance program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a Human Resources leadership role
  • Experience leading remote teams preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale projects
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $90,000 per year.
