Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our US facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, workforce, and developing relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute production plans to meet high-quality product standards
- Manage workforce and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain effective communication with the parent company in Germany and the US facility
- Support sales, marketing, HR, and other functional areas as needed
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of experience in executive management, technical management, or sales
- Strong technical background and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and make quick decisions
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that offers:
