Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Event Operations to lead our Corporate Conference center account. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior quality of service and strong customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will oversee all P&L, manage day-to-day operations, conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations, oversee scheduling, payroll and team training. They will also maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial management and budgeting
  • Day-to-day operations management
  • HR functions, including recruitment and employee development
  • Scheduling, payroll, and team training
  • Customer and client relationship management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in events/conference center management
  • Strong leadership, meeting planning, and customer service skills
  • Excellent quantitative, oral, and written communication skills
  • Prior experience managing budgets and leading teams
