Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources Management experience, with a strong background in labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
  • Regulatory knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience with EEOC, AAP, FMLA, ADA, and the SCA.
  • Leadership and team building: Proven experience in building teams, quickly earning respect, and gaining confidence at all levels of the organization.
  • Communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and compelling.
  • Attention to detail: Demonstrated high sense of urgency and a track record of on-time project delivery.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum.
