We are in search of an experienced Lead Systems Engineer who possesses exceptional communication abilities and a strategic mindset. This role is pivotal in safeguarding national interests while overseeing a group of skilled IT Engineers across diverse initiatives. Responsibilities include diagnosing IT systems, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring seamless operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • Possess DoD 8570/8140 IAT II certification
  • Bring over 10 years of technical expertise in IT operations
  • Have more than 5 years of experience in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in VMware, Citrix, networking, storage solutions, and cloud technologies
  • Exhibit management and leadership capabilities
  • Show a strong understanding of virtual computing and networking

Compensation and Benefits:

As an employee-owned organization, we provide a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $160,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement plans, and additional perks.
