Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service to maintain guest loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Adapt to guest needs, ensuring they're understood and met with a personalized solution.
  • Provide information about services, amenities, and accommodations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist guests with questions or needs, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A strong sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy to handle diverse guest interactions.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule to meet event demands.
  • 3 years' experience interacting with people in a positive environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
  • Tolerance for all cultures, music, and art forms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cash handling experience and ability to work with cash registers.
  • Experience recognizing valid IDs and using metal detection equipment.
  • Background in live music or events, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Working Environment:

  • Fast-paced, often loud, and stressful environment, requiring extended periods of standing and working on your feet.
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
