Position Overview:
As a Fragrance Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to enhance sales and provide exceptional service within the Fragrance department.

Your role involves leveraging your extensive product expertise to mentor and motivate a team of associates, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

You will collaborate with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to implement company and store-specific events aimed at reaching sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Align business goals with daily operations by guiding colleagues on how brand training, events, and product strategies can drive sales.
2. Foster teamwork, exemplify desired behaviors, and communicate activities that will help meet sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
3. Coordinate with vendors and store management to execute events according to the marketing calendar, ensuring sales plans are met.
4. Evaluate business performance and develop strategies to surpass daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual targets.
5. Onboard new team members, assess colleague productivity, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with store leadership on team performance.
6. Promote a cross-brand selling environment and train the Fragrance team on all unassisted brands and key department items.
7. Create engaging customer experiences, offering opportunities for product discovery and building lasting relationships.
8. Utilize our clientele program to strengthen customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and communicate promotions and product launches.
9. Cultivate brand loyalty by engaging customers in our rewards program.
10. Encourage a culture of continuous learning through personal behaviors, product demonstrations, and peer-to-peer sharing.
11. Stay informed on product knowledge by participating in virtual and in-person training sessions from designated brands.
12. Manage new merchandise, process damages, testers, and select items for vendor returns.
13. Comply with safety and hygiene standards and adhere to asset protection control procedures.

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.


Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing or walking around the store or department, frequent use of computers and handheld devices, and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs are essential for this role.
