Position Overview:
As a Fragrance Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to enhance sales and provide exceptional service within the Fragrance department. You will leverage your extensive product expertise to cultivate and inspire a team of associates, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business objectives with daily operations by guiding team members on brand training, promotional events, and product strategies that drive sales.
  • Encourage collaboration and teamwork, demonstrating exemplary behavior to motivate the team towards achieving sales objectives and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and store management to implement events aligned with the marketing calendar to meet sales expectations.
  • Evaluate business performance and devise strategies to surpass daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members, assess colleague performance, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with store leadership on team dynamics.
  • Promote a cross-brand selling environment and train the Fragrance team on all key items and unassisted brands.
  • Create engaging customer experiences that encourage product discovery and foster long-term relationships.
  • Utilize our clientele program to strengthen customer relationships, achieve sales objectives, and communicate promotions and product launches.
  • Enhance brand loyalty by actively engaging customers in our rewards program.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning through personal development, product demonstrations, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge by participating in both virtual and in-person training sessions from designated brands.
  • Manage merchandise, including processing damages, testers, and returns to vendors.
  • Comply with safety and hygiene standards and adhere to asset protection protocols.

Candidate Profile:

A flexible schedule is required, including availability for retail hours, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, frequently use computers and handheld devices, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, crouching, and lifting at least 30 lbs.
