REGIONAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Operations Supervisor's responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
The primary objective of the Regional Operations Supervisor is to enhance sales and drive profitability for the designated stores.
This role demands effective sales leadership, ongoing training, development, and adherence to essential operational standards.
The focus is on cultivating a workplace filled with engaged, high-performing Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates who deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Accountable for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, retaining top talent, coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure sales targets are met within the assigned area.
Assess the workload and staffing requirements of the unit. Propose adjustments to staffing levels as necessary. Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to elevate their performance and prepare for future roles.Design schedules for sales associates based on organizational needs.
Drive the Company's growth strategy through thorough analysis and actionable plans aimed at operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development of personnel and strategic direction within your area while sharing best practices with fellow supervisors and the management team.
Oversee the implementation and/or coordinated rollout of new training for the Company's products or services.Ensure preventive maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
Provide on-site technical support to troubleshoot and/or replace equipment, peripherals, and cabling.
Conduct audits or reviews of branches, verifying cash and inventory levels for accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Oversee and manage the cash flow of the branches under your supervision, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Address corrective actions, investigations, and employee terminations.Manage any emergencies related to the operation and safety of sales associates and branches.
Fulfill all other responsibilities and duties typically expected of a Regional Operations & Sales Supervisor in a comparable consumer business environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in multi-unit management preferred.
Sales experience is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, technical, logical, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Capacity to learn new applications and systems, and the ability to motivate staff towards continuous learning and performance improvement.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to process complex, time-sensitive data from various sources, make informed decisions, and communicate actions effectively.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and budget requirements.
Willingness to work additional hours as project demands dictate.
Bilingual in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
Knowledge of the Money Transfer Industry or related fields is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and lead a sales team.
Proficiency in coaching others towards success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Willingness to travel long distances to oversee area stores.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
Capability to stoop or kneel.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Visual acuity for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
